After payment, all orders will be cut and shipped on a first come, first served basis. Those ahead of your order on the cutting roster, will be processed first. Because of this, shipping out to you may take 10 or more business days. Mailing labels are not generated until actual day of shipping, when the order is packaged and ready to be mailed. I do my best to get your kits cut and mailed out as fast as I can. I cut 5 days a week for 10 hours each day. I apologize for the delay in getting your kits processed due to the huge volume of orders I receive. I take pride in my precision rotary cutting and as such, I have earned such great repeat customers!
Shipping times may vary and I ship three times a week, excluding Holidays and weekends. Shipping will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International Shipping Charges: I ship international packages via International First Class Mail, Priority Mail envelopes or Priority Mail Boxes. Any International Customs and tax fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment Methods: I accept credit card payments through PayPal, Google Checkout, cashier checks, money orders or a personal check. Mailed in payments must be received within ten days or the order will be canceled and the items returned to stock. Items paid for by personal checks will not begin processing for up to 10 days for the check to clear as per my banking policy. Return Policy: I want you to be happy with your quilt kit, so I have a 7 day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to me in it's original condition. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges and a 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. All returns must be in original condition and packaging (no missing pieces or sewn pieces) and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor to them or soiled fabric pieces, will not be refunded.
Cut fabric yardage may not be returned.
